Stations

A twist on the traditional buffet, stations allows your guests enjoy a first-hand cuisine experience. We recommend combining these stations with a selection of appetizers and a sumptuous dessert buffet. Carving and pasta stations require a chef charge of $95/station.

Pasta Station
This station gives guests an opportunity to create a customized pasta dish and have our chef prepare it before their eyes. $12/person
Includes: penne pasta, tortellini, alfredo, marinara, pesto and
assorted vegetables and toppings. (You may choose to add grilled chicken for an additional $4/person or lobster ravioli for $5/person)

Carving Station
Your choice of one or two meats, expertly carved by one of our chefs. (1)$14/person (2)$18/person
Please choose from black angus sirloin with horseradish cream, pork tenderloin with pineapple salsa or succulent turkey with minted cranberry relish.

Salad Station
Select from two to three salads, served with fresh rolls and butter.

A single soup or salad course (any item at $4.95), soft drinks, coffee, tea, rolls and butter are included in the entrée price. Entrée courses are limited to two selections per event. Vegetarian, vegan and special dietary entrees are available with advance notice.
